Some photos of our ski day today ... my girlfriend Gitti was a World Cup snowboarder and she gave Charly a quick lesson on the board today - not bad !




The little fella is Gitti's youngest and he will be 3 in March 2011 and knows no fear - he skis on his own already on little slopes and loves jumps !

Skiing - Horn first day - 18.12.2010

Hey People

Almost forgot these picture perfect photos of our first ski day on the Horn this year. This is our favourite family mountain where we always manage to meet friends and the kids always have a blast ! We were able to ski all the way down the Hagstein run which some of you will know - Ria and Frits, Mum and Dad - because that's where we have had some lovely meals together.



Charly took a wrong turn through the off-piste tree run and got stuck in the fence - ha ha ha !


Good thing Papa can always get her out !

Xmas 2010

Hey People

A couple of photos from Xmas in Kitz. We had the traditional trumpets near Peter's house and then a fondue with Ada, Peter and Ada's family at Peter's house which was really nice as usual. Not a late one this year at all as we were all a bit tired for some reason. Charly was supposed to sleep at Pete's house but them she decided to come home with us and ended up sleeping next to our bed in her massive Fatboy beanbag - great laugh.









Was great to talk to you Mum and Dad on Xmas eve ! At least we had a quick chat before Xmas started full-on at your place. Pity about Skype bumming out but hey busy lines.

Regards to all at Xmas time and thanks to everyone for the lovely Xmas cards. We love getting every single one and the lounge looks great with them all hung up in there !

Rodrigo

Hey People

Just a short note to tell you all about Rodrigo. We have decided to sponsor him. He is 8 years old and lives in the Cayma slums near Arequipa in South Peru. Charly and I thought it would be a nice idea to give a child the chance of a hot meal each day and a school in a special project run by locals in connection with some people here in Kitzbühel. I know you can't save the world but we though at least maybe Rodrigo.

We pay €30 per month and when you think about how often we have spent that each on a night out more than once a month - then it's worth it. Alcohol just goes down the loo but this could really help Rodrigo.

Here he is !
