We had a lovely couple of nights in Chiemsee in Bavaria. Fantastic accommodation which delivered breakfast in paper bags to the door. Lovely restaurants and a great visit to the islands in the middle of the Chiemsee. We had a very scary ride in an ancient gondola though - built in 1955 and looked like the old Citroen Ente 2CV cars.
