Birthday Pony & Sledge Ride with Aunty Sasha

Hello again,

Charly's present from her Godmother this year was a lovely hand-made scarf and a pony and sledge ride at the stables where she keep her horse.  It was a great idea and Charly loved it.

Vertical Up Race

Hey People

Did a rather hard core race at the weekend !  It was a lot of fun and very steep but I made it.  Next year more training and off I go again !  3,3km, 860 vertical meters and I made it in 1 hr 35 mins !

Charly's 9th Birthday Party

Sledging Big Time !

Hey People

We have had a couple of great sledging days and here are some pics !

The first one is in Mittersill which is about 30 mins away and the sledging track is 14km long - it was great fun !

The next lot is with the Triathlon Club where we went to the Kelchalm which is 550 vertical meters and it took about an hour and a half to walk up.  The sledging down was great fun !

Then on the same day I walked up again for our belated office Christmas do and did it again - my legs were like jelly !
