Well Saturday was the big party day. We always have Charly's birthday in the morning as she just goes 100% all out and is so knackered after it that she needs a few hours on the couch to come down. Anyway, there were 17 kids and it was a ball. The magician got stuck in the snow traffic jam and got there a bit late but he was fantastic. Even made a table float up in the air. The kids were screaming out and really getting into it all.
A big thanks to all of you who sent Birthday cards and presents for Charly. She loved them all. Things in the post are sooooo exciting. Charly got a scooter from us and a heap of little goodies from her friends. We have a rule of just something very little which the guests all stuck to really well.
She had a carnival theme for her party as it's carnival time in Europe. Some great little outfits. The best would have to be Jonas and his Dracula outfit complete with blood on his chin and shirt - fantastic !
The cake was made exactly to Charly's wishes - we were in the shop and she was telling Andreas what she wanted on there and he did it all !!! Amazing job !

Great to see all the photo's again.Amazing to see all that snow.Nice to read you are settled back again straight into the swing of things with having to organize a birthday party wich they all seem to enjoy.Shelley always had dress up parties for her birthday and the kids just love it don;t they.Well the carnaval has been and gone here as well and the first of the crocus are popping up can;t wait for springtime take care lots of love tante Ria
