Just a quick run-down on the Flintsbach Triathlon.
Not a good race as we were still knackered from the sleepover at Madlen's house on Friday night - didn't get to sleep till 11.30pm or so. Anyway a crap swim and came out of the water in 17th place which basically set the pace for the rest of the proceedings. Still smiling at the end and a good effort nonetheless. Charly was really knackered afterwards and we didn't even stay to collect her place medal.
Travelling to the race with Mona, Madlen and Charly and 3 bikes of course ... love the van !
